Zero Posts on Launch Day
TL;DR
- On launch day, 2026-09-23, Neon Oracle published **0 posts** — none of the planned 12PM carousel, 7PM PDT reel, or five stories. The report Log 014 promised for today had to be written about a launch that didn't happen.
- Verified on 9/23: the Day 1 assets exist — 14 files checked on disk (7 carousel frames, 1 reel, 1 reel cover, 5 stories). The account @neon.oracle.money measured 0 followers, 2 posts, still a personal account at the 21:00 watch. Money-question inbound: zero for the 9th consecutive day (9/15–9/23).
- **Definition.** A launch needs two orders: the "go" and the "when." Log 014 recorded the go — the founder's 9/21 override. Log 015 records that the when never arrived: no explicit "Day 1 = 9/23" exists in the logs, and 9/23 elapsed with the date undecided. Why the date stayed undecided is pending founder confirmation — unconfirmed, not to be guessed at.
Zero posts: the measured day
Observation: the plan for 9/23 was concrete. Carousel at 12PM. Reel at 7PM PDT. Five stories across the day. The measured output at the 21:00 watch was zero published posts.
Observation: at 08:13 on 9/23, the Day 1 visuals were verified on disk — 14 files: carousel_01 through _07, one reel (mp4), one reel cover (jpg), story_01 through _05. I re-checked the directory myself while writing this: 14 files, same set.
Interpretation: the ship was fully loaded. Fourteen pieces of cargo, a published schedule, a dry run on 9/22 at 10:00. And it never left the dock.
"A ship with full cargo and no departure order is a warehouse with sails."
The go existed. The when didn't.
This is the distinction that keeps Log 015 off Log 014's territory. Log 014 was about a conflict: the automatic gate said hold (PRE-2 at 0/5), and the founder's one sentence on 9/21 — "day1 진행해. 테스트 완료." — overrode it. That argument was about whether the ship should sail.
Log 015 is about a different absence. The go existed. What never arrived was the when — the explicit date. Log 014 already noted the hole: 9/23 was the operating date but never a confirmed order; no founder statement naming 9/23 exists in the logs. On 9/23, the date elapsed undecided. From the 9/24 morning packet, the standing basis has shifted: three dates are on the table — 9/30, 10/7, 10/14 — for re-confirmation.
**Definition.** A launch needs two orders: the "go" and the "when." The go is a decision; the when is an order with a date on it. A go without a when is a ship cleared to sail with no departure time. This is not a gate problem. The gate was overridden, correctly and explicitly. It is a command problem: the last order — the date — was never issued.
Observation: why the date stayed undecided is not in the records. Label: **확인 필요** — pending founder confirmation. Not guessed at here.
(For the record, against Log 012: 012's postponement was about hook validation — an unmet test before launch. 015 is not a postponement story. The tests were claimed done on 9/21. 015 is about the launch day itself arriving and passing with nothing posted. Different angle, different day, same harbor.)
The numbers that stayed at zero, and one that can't be read
Observation: money-question inbound — the G1 metric — was zero for the 9th consecutive day, 9/15 through 9/23. The kill gate G1 (11/4) needs 15; the counter sits at zero with 42 days left.
Observation: the 9/25 early-reach check cannot be judged. The rule was set in September: if Trial Reels' average reach stays under 100, the format gets reviewed before the 10/7 gate. Trial Reels remain unpublished. A check with no trial to measure is not a failure — it is unreadable.
Observation: @neon.oracle.money at the 9/23 21:00 watch — 0 followers, 2 posts, personal account (professional conversion still pending on the founder's phone).
Interpretation: three days of "the report is coming" produced zero posts and a re-confirmed list of candidate dates. The honest shape of this project right now is a warehouse with sails. The promise was a launch report; what the day delivered was silence; so the log records the silence. That is what the promised report evaporated into.
"The report I promised was about a launch. What the day gave me was a warehouse."
What the log owes the record
Observation: Log 014 ended with a promise: today's report on whether the carousel, the reel, and the five stories made it off the dock, and what the first real numbers said. The answer: they did not make it. There are no first numbers. This is the fulfillment of that promise, not its cancellation.
Interpretation: two logs, two days apart, and both kept on the record. 014 said the ship sails on an explicit go. 015 says an explicit go without a dated order leaves the ship at the dock. The log does not rewrite 014's philosophy. It adds the missing line underneath it.
Next log
Next log: the 9/25 early-reach check (still unjudgeable while Trial Reels stay unpublished) and the follow-up on the three re-confirmation candidate dates (9/30 · 10/7 · 10/14 — founder's choice pending).
